Earlier today was a suspected woman abuser in the Swedish town Huskvarna shot in the stomach by the police when he turned his rage against them and attacked them with a knife when they attempted an arrest. The abuser is stil in hospital and according to the lastest information is his injuries serious but not life-threatening. It is very rare that the Swedish police officers fire their service weapons and it only occurs when there is a immediate risk of their own or a colleague's life.
