Street Portraits from Huskvarna part 2

When I was a street photographer I used to use a 35 mm lens. I don't call myeself a street photographer anymore and when I document my surroundings I use whatever lens I prefer even if it happen to be a tele zoom lens. I had a nice chat with the gentleman in the picture after the shoot and I took a photo of him and his best friend with my Leica.

Even if I'm not so interested in taking street photos I really enjoy taking street portraits of both known and unkown persons.

Still Moments from the River of Time - Mikael Good

I usually work as a documentary photographer and reporter and i´m probably best known for my photos from China, Latvia and Russia. But i like to take snapshots of the people i meet on the streets when ever i can.



Even if some people might call it street photography i rather call it street documentary photo since i try to capture the still moments from the river of time in a documentary way.



I prefer to work in black and white. To quote Robert Frank; "Black and white are the colors of photography. To me they symbolize the alternatives of hope and despair to which mankind is forever subjected".
